Pekotek employs experts with first-hand experience in the operation and surface treatment of paint shops. We are able to train painters and sandblasters hand in hand with the right working methods and operating models in connection with equipment deliveries. Likewise, we can train surface treatment line supervisors in efficient and high-quality process management.
Pekotek organizes training for surface treatments in cooperation with its partner network. The partner network includes educational institutions in the field as well as surface treatment operators. We can arrange preparatory training in an educational environment as well as with the right surface treatment lines. In connection with the delivery of the equipment, we can continue training on the end customer's line, in which case we will become acquainted with the special features and requirements of our own surface treatment process, also taking into account the line maintenance.
